Part-Time or Permanent Opportunity | 3 Days per Week Starting February 2027

South Side Dental Center is seeking an associate dentist to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Charlottesville, Virginia.

We are looking for a dentist who can work at least three days per week beginning in February 2027. The position may begin as part-time coverage, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent associate position of three to four days per week.

Compensation
Guaranteed $1,200 per working day for the first three months.
Permanent position compensation: 33%–35% of adjusted collections.
Annual earning potential of $200,000+, depending on schedule and collections.
