Dental Assistant – $24–$25/hr + Bonuses | Supportive Team | Growth Opportunity
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Life Smiles of Owasso. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, team-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences.
No prior experience in neuromuscular dentistry is required—we provide training.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and digital scans
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards
Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication

Collaborating with other healthcare providers when needed
Continuously advancing through ongoing education and innovation

Requirements
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant certification
- X-ray certification
- CPR certification
- 1+ year of dental assisting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a clinical setting
- Experience with dental software (e.g., Curve) is a plus but not required
